This Antennas is used/ Previously installed, however it is in Excellent cosmetic Condition, it was only used for a total of 30 watts using only an 8th of a transponder, the antenna is 2009, will provide test patterns to provide proof of performance and will include new hardware and foundation hardware bolt kit will be provided.

The whole system new (antenna, mount, etc.) + the custom, outdoor Amundsen Motor Control system + the Paradise outdoor, redundant BUCs cost $159,800.  The sell price is $69.500.00.

About the 6.5 M antenna, you can move forward with it. BTW, it can be converted to Ku-band thru a kit as below, a 2015 price from ASC signal (now, part of CPI Industries)
