Our Equipment Guarantee

Be certain to ask your salesman about the guarantee that is sold together with every piece of equipment. There is no standard period, each item or category may have its own terms and conditions.

If a piece of equipment fails within the stated guarantee period, at our option we will take one of the following actions.

• Repair the faulty equipment
• Replace the faulty item with an identical part
• Refund the original purchase price.

The purchaser is responsible for packing and shipping the item to our repair center. In the event that the item is improperly packed and further damage occurred during the shipping, the original guarantee is void.

If evidence is found of unauthorized tampering and of removing or replacing parts in the device the guarantee is void.
